Rising Stars Scholarship

Scholarship Overview

Since 2007, Test Study Guides (TSG) has been helping students around the world to master a variety of standardized exams. We – a team of dedicated college students, graduates, academic advisors, and entrepreneurs – have reviewed thousands of study guides and test preparation books, written about test preparation strategies and tips, and kept our readers informed of the latest developments in the world of college and grad school admissions.

Over the past years, we have risen to become the most important go-to online resources for readers from around the world.

Today, we are giving back to our diverse and loyal community.

This is why we are proud to introduce the Test Study Guides TSG Rising Stars Scholarship. This scholarship was created to help future college and graduate school students who have both demonstrated their strong potential to excel during their studies and also have a clear and compelling vision of what they wish to achieve in their future career.

Award

We will award one (1)  $3,000 Scholarship to the lucky person who can show that they scored in the 99th percentile of a recognized standardized admissions test for college or graduate school admission and submits the most convincing essay outlining his or her vision for their future career goals.

The scholarship will be awarded preferably in the form of a direct payment to the university or college that the winner attends or will attend, or alternatively directly to the winner. The scholarship is not renewable.

Rising Stars Essay Topic

In the essay, we would like you to outline how you expect your studies will support your future career and what your vision is for that career.

  • How will you use your degree to leverage new opportunities for yourself?
  • How will your degree and education help you to change or disrupt your community, local area, or the world?
  • How will you manage increasing competition in a globalized world?
  • These are only some of the questions you can answer for your prompt.

Please keep your essay under 2,000 words.
